Free shipping in Germany
Shipping of all e-bikes and bikes (except for Cargobikes) is free of charge in Germany. After payment is received, the bike will be final checked and packed. Usually it will be shipped in 2-8 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Our logistics partner will then contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Packing and assembly
We ship all bikes pre-assembled. You only have to straighten your handlebars, adjust the seat height to your body size and screw on the pedals. Suitable tools are of course included. If you have questions about this, we have a manual in which we explain all the steps: https://velio.de/start
In exceptional cases we will remove the handlebars so that the bike fits into the box.
International shipping and fees
We currently offer shipping to the following countries with additional shipping costs:
Austria (+49€)
France (+120€)
Netherlands (+120€)
Luxembourg (+85€)
Belgium (+85€)
Please note that this will change the delivery time and costs for shipping. As soon as you select a country other than Germany in the checkout process, you will see the country-specific shipping costs in your shopping cart. We are constantly adding new countries. If your country is not on the list, please contact us directly in the chat or send us an email to hallo@velio.de.
Self pick-up in
Wuppertal
All models are also available in our warehouse in Wuppertal and can be picked up after making an appointment. Self-collectors receive a 50€ discount.
