Warranty and 30-day return policy

12 months warranty

We promise 100% riding experience and 100% quality at used bike price. We check and inspect every bike in our own master workshop. In addition, with the purchase you automatically receive a free and worldwide valid 12-month warranty for your velio bike. The warranty always includes:

  • Frame on all bikes (except carbon bikes).

For e-bikes, the warranty also covers electronics, especially the functionality of:

  • Battery
  • Motor
  • Display

If a defect occurs within 12 months after receipt of your bike, it can usually be repaired at a local workshop near you. After a positive review of a cost estimate, we will then cover the cost of the repair. Only in individual cases the bike has to be sent back to us.

Please send us an email to hallo@velio.de in case of a possible warranty case. We will then discuss the best solution for you and your bike.

30 day return policy

We describe all bikes with details on components, condition, recommended height and with photos as best we can.

But of course you can get the best impression as soon as you try the bike. We want you to be 100% satisfied like all our customers (Trustpilot 4.8 stars). If this is not the case, for example, because the size does not fit, you can return it within 30 days and a maximum of 30 additional kilometers without giving reasons.

Only for the return shipping there is a flat rate of 49€ as participation in our shipping costs. We also recommend that you keep the box for the trial period of 30 days in case of a return.
