We only buy selected bikes in very good condition - e.g. from company bike leasing or test bikes. Since we buy bicycles in large quantities and have lean processes, we can offer our customers particularly good and fair prices. Refurbished is not only good for the environment, but also for your wallet and the bikes are like new!
Every bike has a recommended rider size. You can also find a sizing guide on the side of the bike. To choose the right frame size, you can measure your height and inseam. It is best to measure the length from the sole of the foot to the crotch. Note that these values are only a guide and may vary depending on the manufacturer. As a rule, the information for the recommended size is very accurate and in an emergency you can send the bike back within the 30-day right of return.
We offer payment by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal and Klarna. Purchase on account is also possible via Klarna, for example.
With the purchase, you automatically receive a free, worldwide 12-month guarantee for your velio bike. The guarantee always includes the frame for all bikes (with the exception of carbon bikes). For e-bikes, the guarantee also covers the electronics, in particular the functionality of the battery, motor and display. If a defect occurs within 12 months of receiving your bike, it can usually be remedied by a local specialist workshop near you. After a positive review of a cost estimate, we will then assume the costs for the repair. Only in individual cases does the bike have to be sent back to us.

We want you, like all our customers, to be 100% satisfied. If this is not the case, for example because the size does not fit, you can send it back within 30 days and a maximum of 30 additional kilometers without giving a reason.
A flat rate of €49 is charged for the return shipment as part of our shipping costs. We also recommend keeping the box for the 30 day trial period in case of a return.
